Catching of Crabs
Blue Swimming Crabs are wild-caught from seas around Mozambique. They are then chilled with crushed iced, ready to be transported to the factory in refrigerated lorries.
Production and Factory Processing
We implement an improved and new way of washing. We also process a special grading section to select the best products. Then they are chilled in a cold storage place at the right temperature.
Packing of Products
The final product is well packed in the best quality material to hold the product clean and fresh. All products in the brands of our customers are packed following approved specifications.
Quality Control
We audit, test, and inspect the product at each stage to verify that it satisfies food safety and regulatory requirements. Production facilities are audited annually by internationally recognized third-party food safety inspection organizations.
Loading
In-line testing is done according to HACCP process controls. We examine the container’s condition and temperature before and after loading the goods, check the quantity, and ensure adherence to correct goods handling procedures.
Transportation
Our seafood is delivered to customers everywhere in the world by sea, land, or air. We have extensive experience supporting supply programs to foodservice distributors, wholesalers and international importers and exporters worldwide.
